The tournament series will consist of five individual qualifying events at premier golf courses in Indiana. 

FORMAT:  Two-Man Best Ball, Best score of your team is used on each hole.  LIMITED TO 1ST 72 TEAMS.

ENTRY FEE:  $300 per team.  Each team member may pay individually using the entry form page. Entry includes; golf, cart, range, lunch, and tee gift.  ENTRY DEADLINE IS 30 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT.

FLIGHTED EVENT:  Flights will be determined by team handicaps. This means that your team will only be playing against teams of equal ability. Size of each flight will be determined by the size of the field.  

HANDICAPS:  If a player does not possess a handicap, one will be assigned to him by the tournament committee based on the 3 most recent scores submitted.  Please do your part, and be honest about your average score.  This will assure the fairness of the competition.  The committee has the right to reduce a player's handicap at anytime during the competition.

PRIZES:  1st & 2nd place teams in each flight will be paid, and also be automatically qualified for season ending Tournament of Champions.  A partial payment will be required after the completion of the tournament to reserve their spot.

TEE TIMES:  These will be assigned 10 days prior to event.  If the field is full, it will be a shotgun start, one in the morning, one in the afternoon.

RULES:  Play will be from different tees.  Seniors 55 + may play at a shorter yardage, but must declare prior to play.  The ball will be played "as it lies" in accordance with the USGA Rules of Golf supplemented with any local rules.

TIES:  All ties will be broken by a sudden death playoff.
